As a service to our grantees the following logos and sample text are available for download (simply copy and paste) and use in print and web materials:

Large Print and Braille Playbills are available for patrons who are blind or have low vision for all performances. Ask an usher in the theater if you require a large-print Stage bill.

Brailee Stage Bills are available for patrons who are blind or have low vision for all Kennedy Center performances (except dance events). Ask an usher in the theater if you require a Braille Stage bill. Other printed materials produced by___________ are available in alternative formats upon request with at least three-weeks notice.

Audio-Described Performances are scheduled for shows and other selected attractions for patrons who are blind or have low vision. Check the descriptions of individual engagements for the dates and times of these performances, or search theater calendar for a complete list of audio-described performances.

Parking Spaces for persons with disabilities are available in the garage for vehicles bearing handicapped parking stickers or license plates. Please ask the garage personnel to direct you to these parking spaces. These spaces are restricted to vehicles with a clearance of less than six-feet. Assistive Listening Devices are available at all performances in the _____________. Assistive listening devices for performances at the___________are provided upon request with at least one weeks notice by calling _____________ (Voice) or ____________ (TTY). Headsets may be used with or without a hearing aid and are distributed free of charge (subject to availability). Patrons attending performances at the_______________ may pick up headsets at the desk . Patrons will be asked to leave an ID and their phone numbers when they pick up their headsets. These will be returned when the headset is returned at the end of the performance.

Sign Language Interpretation during performances for patrons who are deaf or hard of hearing are scheduled for ____________shows, children’s performances, and events as well as some lecture series. Check the descriptions of individual engagements for the dates and times of these performances, or search our calendar for a complete list of sign interpreted performances. Cued speech transliteration is available upon request with at least three weeks notice and will be provided based on the availability of a qualified transliterator and at the discretion of the management. Captioned Performances for patrons who are deaf or hard of hearing are scheduled for selected performances. Captioning is available upon request with at least three weeks notice for children’s performances, the ____________ events as well as some lecture series, and will be provided based on the availability of a qualified stenographer and at the discretion of the management. Specially Priced Tickets for people with permanent disabilities may purchase specially priced tickets by obtaining an SPT ID. This allows you to order two tickets at half price so that you can bring a companion with you if you need assistance. To obtain an SPT ID, mail a letter or other certification from your doctor stating that you have a permanent disability along with your name, address, and phone number to:____________.
